Welcome User, here you can read the ISOdodo Terms and Conditions. We remind you that by using our services you will accept the way in which ISOdodo operates. ISOdodo is not responsible for the actions of Users or other people who have not read the Terms and Conditions on the site, or have been informed through other channels, or other written material, about how to use the platform. ISOdodo undertakes to follow and comply with local tax legislation for the sale of offer packages in the countries in which it operates, such as the payment of VAT. ISOdodo reserves the possibility to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice the User.
Acceptance
By accepting the Terms and Conditions and / or registering on ISOdodo, you confirm your eligibility to use ISOdodo. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions of Use, you will not be able to access ISOdodo.
Eligibility
By accepting the Terms and Conditions and / or registering on ISOdodo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the necessary age, according to the applicable laws, so you can commit to a binding contract. By using ISOdodo, you warrant that you have the rights, authority and ability to accept this agreement and to comply with all its Terms and Conditions. By registering on ISOdodo, Users declare that they are legally able to sign binding contracts. ISOdodo reserves the right, in its unquestionable discretion, to disable accounts.
Registration
Only one account can be registered per professional and/or company, ISOdodo reserves the right to delete any accounts created that do not comply with this rule. All information provided during the registration process, must be truthful and complete. You must immediately notify ISOdodo of any changes to such information that may slow down the service and its effectiveness. You are solely responsible for keeping and safeguarding your account password. We suggest you do not give the password to anyone, to proof this the User must know that the ISOdodo Staff will never ask for the account password. ISOdodo is not responsible for any abuse of the account by third parties due to the disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, of the access data. The User also accepts, following registration, to give consent to receive emails for promotional purposes or to notifications that the system automatically sends. The User will have the possibility to disable these notifications by going to the 'Profile' page.
Certification documentation upload
The User acknowledges that is the solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of all information, data and documents uploaded and generated through the ISOdodo platform.
ISOdodo acts exclusively as a technical-operational support tool for the drafting and management of documentation relating to the Management System according to the ISO standard. ISOdodo does not carry out legal, technical or operational controls on the data provided, nor does it assume any role as an official certifier or consultant.
The user declares to have independently verified the contents of the documents before uploading them for sending to the auditor, aware that any errors, inconsistencies or false declarations may lead to consequences for the user.
ISOdodo cannot be held responsible for: Inaccurate or false information provided by the user; Negative results of audits or certifications resulting from incorrect or incomplete content; Direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
The user authorizes ISOdodo to consider the information entered as truthful for the purposes of processing, without the obligation of additional verification.
Artificial Intelligence
The User acknowledges that the Artificial Intelligence (AI) integrated into the ISOdodo platform is a tool designed to assist in the creation and management of ISO certification documentation. The AI is based on algorithms and data analysis techniques that may not always produce accurate or contextually appropriate results. The User agrees to use the AI-generated content as a preliminary draft and to review and modify it as necessary to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
ISOdodo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content generated by the AI. The User is solely responsible for verifying the information and ensuring that it meets their specific needs and requirements. ISOdodo shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content or for any consequences arising from its use.
Analytics
ISOdodo may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor usage and improve performance. For details on data collected and how it is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Account closure
If ISOdodo, following an investigation, determines that the User has violated the Terms and Conditions, it has the possibility to block, temporarily or permanently, the User in question. Possible reasons that lead to the account ban include the unauthorized use of external software and / or the creation of multiple accounts of the same User. These are just some of the possible events that lead to account blocking. The User accepts that if ISOdodo establishes that there is a violation of the Terms and Conditions, he will have the unequivocal right to refuse, cancel or suspend any delivery in progress and / or block / suspend the account.
Limits of Liability
Claims for damages by the User against ISOdodo or the Staff are not allowed. In particular, ISOdodo is not responsible for the malfunction of the telephone devices, the line or the computer used by the User while using the platform (in its complete entirety). Each User expressly accepts that the use of ISOdodo is at the User's own risk. ISOdodo cannot guarantee continuous access to the service but works constantly to keep it stable and uninterrupted.
